Comfort Inn Gaithersburg at Shady Grove Achieves 96.4% Choice Hotels Inspection Score

Over the past several years The Comfort Inn Gaithersburg at Shady Grove has received 17 Gold Awards, and 1 Platinum Award, for Hospitality from Choice Hotels.  In 2014, out of 33,000 small businesses in Montgomery County, MD, the hotel was chosen to receive the Montgomery County Department of Economic Development’s (DED) “Hospitality Company of the Year” Small Business Award.  We’re thrilled to announce the tradition continues.  The hotel’s managing partner, Vira Safai, recently learned that an unannounced Choice Hotels inspection during a sold out night resulted in a score of 96.4%, ranking them in the top 100 hotels out of 6,600 Choice Hotels worldwide in cleanliness, condition and Brand standards.  Our congratulations go out to the entire team at the hotel.
