Regional Manager, Multifamily Property Management; Leasing Agent, Commercial Leasing
Jennifer Chapman joined the Promark Partners team in June 2005 as an Administrative Assistant for the company’s Residential Property Management portfolio and has since risen to the role of Regional Manager. Primarily, Jennifer oversees the daily operations of Promark Partners’ owned and third-party managed multifamily communities in the National Capital region. Over the years Jennifer has managed a variety of assets to include distressed communities, receiverships, and Class A communities.
Throughout Jennifer’s career at Promark Partners, she has played an essential role in all new multifamily acquisitions and due diligence assignments, and also assists in providing insight into the company’s future planned multifamily communities.
In addition to Jennifer’s Regional Manager duties, she recently joined the Commercial Leasing team, where she will primarily focus on office leasing in the Northern VA region.
A Southern MD native, Jennifer currently resides in Fairfax County, VA. She is actively studying for her B.S. in Accounting Forensics through Southern New Hampshire University.
